We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will my order be processed?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the order date and shipped the next working day after processing. Please note we do not ship on weekends.

During holidays and sale seasons, please allow extra time for your order to be processed. Orders to the UK typically arrive within 5–12 business days, depending on courier times and customs clearance.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

Why am I receiving my items in separate packages?

It is normal for our items to arrive in separate packages. To ensure faster delivery times, we ship from different warehouses depending on stock availability.

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in GBP, which means you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once your order arrives in the UK.

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
